A natural or legal person may file a complaint with TET about DSIS’s violation of the provisions of the legislation regarding DSIS, respectively, on the processing of personal data. A natural or legal person resident in Denmark may furthermore complain about DDIS’s violation of the provisions of the legislation regarding DDIS on the processing of personal data. A natural person may furthermore complain about CFCS’s violation of the provisions of the legislation regarding CFCS on the processing of personal data.

If you wish to file a complaint with TET about any violation by DSIS, DDIS, and/or the CFCS of the provisions of the legislation applying to DSIS, DDIS, and/or the CFCS on the processing of personal data, you can write to the Oversight Board. It is important that you state your full name and explain the background to your complaint.

TET will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within a few days.

Our complaints procedure

TET will decide whether your complaint merits an investigation.

TET may refuse to investigate meritless or trivial complaints or complaints involving an investigation which cannot be expected to be commensurate with the expected outcome of the investigation, having regard to the resources available to the Oversight Board.

What to expect

Your complaint will be answered to the furthest extent possible under the law.

The activities of TET are exempted from the Danish Access to Public Administration Files Act (lov om offentlighed i forvaltningen), excluding section 13 of the Act on the duty to take notes.
